WHAT/WHO IS TRUEST?

- We sell sneakers, apparel and toys/misc.
MAY I REQUEST FOR MORE PICTURES OF AN ITEM?
- Yes, just send us a email/question through our CONTACT tab.
WHERE AND HOW DO YOU GET YOUR ITEMS?
- We get our items thru our Consignment program, where we help our clients sell their items/goods. Or we offer a buyback for a quick sale.
ARE YOUR ITEMS AUTHENTIC?
- All of our items are 100% Authentic! No funny business.
WILL WE RECEIVE THE ACTUAL SHOE IN THE PICTURE?
- Yes, unless noted in the description, you will receive the actual shoe in the picture.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless we have grossly misinterpreted any item.

DO YOU ACCEPT TRADES?
- We do not trade at the moment.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON VINTAGE OR OLDER SNEAKERS?
- We examine every "vintage" or "older" sneaker to the best of our ability. If we feel an item is not ok to wear, it will be noted on the description. If customer decides to wear the sneaker, we will not be responsible for any damages, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? DO YOU SHIP? WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
- For all credit card payments, the billing address should match the credit card used, if not, we will refund. For Paypal payments, we will only ship to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES linked the customer account, if not, we will refund.
- We ship worldwide safely with USPS (United States Postal Service) for all domestic packages and EMS (Express Mail Service), for all international packages. Please note, we will protect every package with tracking/signature confirmation. Shoes will be double boxed and all other items will be packaged safely.

WILL WE BE ABLE TO TRACK OUR PACKAGE?
- Yes, once we generate a tracking number, you will be provided the information.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
- Local customers we charge Hawaii local sales tax. Customers outside of Hawaii we charge no tax.
