For all credit card payments, Truest will only ships to the BILLING ADDRESS of the CARDHOLDER used.  No exceptions.

For all Paypal payments, Truest will only ship to a CONFIRMED ADDRES of the customer.  Any UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS will be automatically refunded.  No exceptions.

We will strive to fulfill all orders as soon as we are able.  All purchases subject to availability.

Once a transaction/payment is complete, we will keep you updated with your order.  (ie. Tracking information.)

Your shipping cost will be based on size & weight of boxed item(s).  

Your items will be shipped via USPS (Priorty Mail) or EMS (Express Mail Service), and we are currently shipping to the DOMESTIC USA and a select few of INTERNATIONAL countries.

Please allow approximately (3-5) business days for DOMESTIC orders and (5-10) business days, after completion of order, for your item to arrive.

This timeline is an estimated guideline due to the third-party delivery factors that are beyond our control.  Once package is dropped off to Postal office, it will be in their hands and we will not be responsible.  For Domestic orders, we will attach all packages with Delivery and Signature Confirmation.  Once packages are signed for, we will also not be responsible.


All shoes will be double boxed and other items will be packaged safely.

Please note, for all International orders, the customer will be responsible for ALL customs charges.  Custom charges are country dependent, so please check with the Customs Bureau for your country before ordering.



All sales with TRUEST are FINAL.  No returns or exchanges.

Truest is a consignment store. We can’t offer returns and exchanges because certain item we carry in our store or on our website is owned by an individual collector. Once an item sells, consigner receives payment and the transaction is final.

Refunds are ONLY processed if we, Truest, have 100% grossly mis-interpreted our item(s), incorrectly shipped, and or there are missing items. We will gladly cooperate with you in working something out.

**To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (1) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or (2) Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return is approved or rejected.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
